Fridays By The Fire Dinner Series Tickets

Join us at our headquarters for an intimate pop-up dinner series in the Great Room, featuring local Maine products.  Gather at 6 PM for a professionally led tasting of local craft beers and/or select wine pairings.  At 6:30 pm, enjoy a 3-course dinner by Four Star Private Chef's (a division of Four Star Fresh pasta), with beverage pairing.  $75.00 pp each dinner; reserve a seat at all three dinners for $200.00. Limited to 32 guests per dinner.

Southern France comes to Southern Maine

Featuring Cassoulet, a hearty white bean casserole with Duck, local Garlic Sausage and Pork

Simple green salad

Crepes with local Blackberry Chocolate Jam 

Local craft beer

 

Dinner 2:  March 17th

A Coastal Ireland inspired St Patrick's Day Feast with plenty of merriment and music

Bang Island Mussels steamed in local beer and leeks

Poached Atlantic Salmon, Colcannon, and Dill butter sauce

Irish Whiskey cake with Stout Caramel and Whipped Cream
