  • Mariah Lang is a Maine-based artist raised in Kennebunkport, where she developed a strong sense of place and connection to the coast. The majority of her work is inspired by the sea and the movement of water. She creates work in hopes of evoking a sense of calm and wonder in one’s life. www.mariahlang.com
  • Todd Bezold graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts from University of Kentucky and later obtained a Masters in Science from University of New Hampshire. He is captivated by the coastal environments and deep woodlands of New England, rich with refracted light and intimate enclosed spaces surrounding pools and streams. He depicts these subjects with a mix of gestural brushstrokes and simplified application of color forms, adjusting tonality to imply space.  Often these subjects are fractured and abstracted using layers of paint and cutting back into the lower layers to create depth and atmosphere. https://www.artfoureyes.com/
  • Ruth Fernandez: Pottery is a wonderful part of my life. I make pottery for others but the making of the pots is for me. From my hands to yours to enjoy the beauty of handmade Kennebunkport Pottery.
  • Lynne Carr: I have been exhibiting fine art since 1975 in Southern Maine. Early in my career, I began with outdoor shows and local art galleries. I have served on many local art organizations. I donate to specific causes that are important to this area and myself, such as Main Cancer and Kennebunkport Conservation Trust. Lynnebcarr.com or Lynne Blanchard Carr on Facebook
  • Cheryl Dahn: Since she was young Cheryl has been drawn to nature with the contrast of light and shadow. The everyday changes of atmosphere and light are what make an everyday scene just as important as the subject. These moods of tranquility, excitement, and a moment in time are what she tries to create. Cheryldahn.com
  • Danielle LaPointe, raised in Massachusetts, is a mixed media artist who received her Master’s of Architecture and Spatial Design from London Metropolitan University. Her work aims to acknowledge how the experience of loss shifts and settles and within its layers, a quiet luminosity endures. For her, repetition becomes ritual, an act of processing, where each mark echoes the form of remembrance. She currently resides in Kennebunk, Maine with her husband and young daughter. www.danielle-lapointe.com
  • Deb Desmond Meserve: As a career photographer, with over 39 years of professional experience, my work has spanned many decades of change in photography and I have continued to study and pivot to embrace its ever evolving presence.  My latest endeavor involves mixing mediums, namely photography with encaustic beeswax.  This process has added a new layer and dimension to my artwork and inspired me to take it further.  Living along the beautiful coastline of Maine provides me with endless inspiration. www.debdesmondmeservephotography.com
  • The Good Earth Pottery: For 50 years we have been located in this same tilted loft perched on pilings overlooking the ebb and flow of the Kennebunk River. Over the years we have had the great good fortune to make countless pots one by one at our home studio and in turn our livelihood through our gallery/ shop The Good Earth. We stand proudly behind our work which comes with best wishes from our hands to yours.
  • Marcia Feller:I live on an island in Maine. So, once I started painting in 2002, the Maine Coast became my muse. I like watching the light on the water as you move through the day. I am enchanted by gardens and mountains and woods – each only moments away. marciafeller.com
  • Kate Adams: Since 1980, Kate Adams has been making miniature quilts from antique fabrics. Her goal has been to capture the spirit of these early designs and recreate them in 1”=1’ scale. Antique fabrics create a unique palette and add authenticity to the look and spirit of her designs. Her work is in many of the finest private collections in America, Europe and Japan. It has been marketed and shown through such distinguished institutions as The American Museum of Folk Art, Colonial Williamsburg, The Shelburne Museum and The Brandywine River Valley Museum to name a few. With the use of antique fabrics and early designs she hopes through her work to promote and preserve the Art of Traditional American Quilt Making. www.kateadamsfineminiaturequilts.com
  • Michael Walek, a graduate of Tuffs and the Art Museum School in Boston, paints plein air, locally and abroad.  His works are observations of immediate atmospheric and color events. “A whole other color palette appears with new locations.”  Michael uses gouache to capture subtle color hues that depict light as it transitions over time. His gouaches are also used as references to create larger acrylics in the studio. https://www.artfoureyes.com/
  • Ingunn Milla Joergensen has been living and painting in Maine for almost 20 years. Her beloved Maine has profoundly shaped her as an artist and as a human. Living in and with nature, either deep in the woods, daily walks by the ocean or tending to a huge flower and vegetable garden, every piece of work comes from a deep connection to the land. Her work can be found in private collections all over the US. She has recently returned to Norway to embark on a new chapter. https://www.ingunnmillajoergensen.com/

  • Scott McNeff: Since childhood I’ve been highly motivated to create visual art.  The vast majority of paintings and drawings I produce each year are inspired by the natural world.  I believe that being surrounded by art is an important part of our lives, even if we aren’t consciously aware of the impact it has upon us, and I harbor the same belief regarding Mother Nature.  I’m a naturalist at heart and a biologist by training, so a common theme across all of my work is the beauty of flora and fauna, and primarily that of New England.  I work in a multitude of media from pen and ink to watercolors, acrylics, oils, pastels, and gouache, and tend to let the imagined image determine which medium to utilize for a particular piece. https://www.mcneffstudio.com/
  • Laurie Wyman-Heron: I was born in 1949 in Salem, MA. After studying art in the East, I moved to California in 1972 but maintain strong ties to Massachusetts and Maine. I have painted all my life. I am drawn to watercolor because of its subtlety and luminosity.

Thank you again to this year's sponsors: Pack Maynard, Atlantic Comfort Systems, and Daytrip Society.
