Welcome Kennebunkport Conservation Trust Intern Colby MacDormand!

Colby MacDormand is a senior Business major at the University of New England. His internship work includes connecting local businesses with KCT to help establish long-term working relationships. “I chose to intern at KCT because of the opportunity to expand my knowledge of marketing and management. As a land trust, KCT allows me to connect marketing to real-world challenges. Effective marketing and strategic management stood out to me as critical roles and valuable learning opportunities within this internship. The chance to make an impact in the Kennebunkport community also motivated me to pursue this experience. I am also eager to gain skills in managing partnerships and building long-term relationships that strengthen the Kennebunkport Conservation Trust. This partnership will also help me as I aspire to one day be a business owner,” he said.
