The Trust's headquarters on Gravelly Brook Road is a beautiful spot for private functions. Set on the Emmons Preserve, the property features a manicured lawn, apple trees, flower gardens, wild fields and a forested backdrop. The buildings itself boasts a large greatroom with vaulted ceilings, fieldstone fireplace and handsome woodwork. It also features a wrap-around deck, full kitchen, spacious function room and three handicapped restrooms.
Our facililty has the capacity to seat 40 people in the greatroom and 80 people in the function room. Tables and chairs for 100 are available for use. For larger events, tents may be set up on the lawn.
Rental fees vary depending on the type and size of event. In general, weddings and other such gatherings are $3,000; Business, family and social gatherings are between $250 and $500; Non-profit organization rentals range from $0 to $250.
