The Kennebunkport Conservation Trust and Kennebunk Land Trust are teaming up to inform our communities about the dangers of invasive plant species. Shawn Jalbert of Native Haunts will guide participants through the KCT Emmons Preserve to identify invasive species and talk about their effects on our ecosystems. By attending this event, participants will learn how to identify invasive species, learn about how they affect our ecosystems, and learn about the ways they can take action to address this issue. Attendance is free and encouraged for people of all ages.
